zbestoffer.com is an internet venue which will allow sellers to post an item for sale and allow buyers to either (i) buy the item any time during the listing period and pay the "Buy Now" price or (ii) make an offer on the item. Items will be posted in specific categories which will enable buyers to search for wanted items quicker and easier.

Sellers

For a small, reasonable fee, sellers will post their item for sale on the zbestoffer.com Web site. The seller will have the choice of listing their item for 3, 5, 7, 10 or 14 days. The seller may post one item, or multiples of the same item for sale. The seller will post their item with a specific “Buy Now” price. The seller will sell the item at the “Buy Now” price any time during the listing period, or the seller will sell the item to the buyer with the best offer at the end of the listing period.

Buyers

Buyers will be able to buy an item any time during the listing period by paying the “Buy Now” price. If the buyer thinks the item is priced too high, or it is not worth the “Buy Now” price, the buyer may make an offer.

Procedure

Buyers can buy the item any time during the listing period and pay the “Buy Now” price, or make an offer. The offer must be for the minimum offer fee or above. Offers can be made up until (i) a buyer pays the “Buy Now” price and there is no more quantity left or (ii) the listing time has ended.

(i) A buyer can buy the item any time during the listing period for the “Buy Now” price. Once the item is bought for the “Buy Now” price and there is no more quantity left, the item will be removed from the listing.

(ii) Buyers can make an offer on the item for sale at or above the minimum offer fee. Once the listing time has ended for the item, the seller will sell the item to the buyer with the best offer.

Once a buyer chooses to buy the item at the “Buy Now” price and there is no more quantity left or the listing period has ended, the item is removed from the listing. zbestoffer.com will then notify both the seller and buyer via email advising them to contact each other to proceed with the transaction. zbestoffer does not get involved with the actual transaction. The transaction is done between the seller and buyer. However, there are many Web sites offering escrow services, payment services, and shipping services should the buyer and seller wish to use these services in aiding them with their transaction.
